WHY I DO THIS WORK
I believe every conversation has the power
to change a life.
I was raised in a loving French family whose values were shaped by extraordinary courage. My parents survived World War II in France, and both my father and maternal grandfather served in the French Resistance. My grandfather gave his life in a concentration camp for the love of his country and his people.
Those stories taught me, from a young age, that character matters, courage matters, and people matter.
Life has since taken me on many unexpected journeys.
I've been a nurse, leader, executive coach, wife, mother, daughter, grandmother…and even a singer.
Each role has shaped who I am, but none of them define me.
They've simply given me a deeper understanding of people.
Humanity in every form....from honouring a man like Nelson Mandela, playing with the grandkids or having awesome friends and leaders in my world. I am filled with GRATITUDE.
Living with Gratitude
In my late thirties and early forties, life was pulling me in every direction.
I was caring for oncology patients while raising two children, being the 'good wife', and helping care for my aging parents as my father's health declined.
Like so many people, I kept going.
I wanted to be the caring nurse.
The loving mother.
The devoted wife.
The dependable daughter.
But somewhere along the way, I lost sight of myself.
Mission Me - A six-month sabbatical changed everything.
It became the beginning of a lifelong journey of reflection, growth, and rediscovery.
The lessons I continue to learn don't just shape my own life—they shape every keynote, every workshop, and every conversation I have today.
Today, I don't just speak about living intentionally. I strive to live it every day.
Keynote Speaker, Exclusive VIP Coach, and Certified Professional Coach with advanced training in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, I bring a wealth of experience as a non-practicing Registered Practical Nurse and Consultant in Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion. With years of working alongside both healthcare and corporate leaders, I understand the challenges leaders face — and the shifts required to overcome them.
